I'm a psychologist with 30 years experience, having had three stages of my career: a) testing students with learning disabilities; b) working with family-owned businesses; and c) helping build healthy workplace cultures, primarily with the 5 languages of appreciation. I'm moving into a new stage - consulting with individuals wanting help growing into a new stage of their life and career. This includes family businesses, leaders (and potential leaders), writers, trainers - individuals needing help getting "unstuck".
I have co-authored five books, including "The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace" with Dr. Gary Chapman (author of the NY Times bestseller, "The 5 Love Languages,").
