I approach therapy from an individual and whole-person approach, looking at health from an emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and mental perspective. My Christian faith has been an integral part of my own healing, and I enjoy helping clients integrate their spirituality into the therapeutic work, if desired.

I am a Licensed Clinical Specialist Social Worker and Sex Therapist currently achieving a discipline towards a PHD in Clinical Sexology. I work with individuals and families. I am eclectically trained in areas of marriage/couples counseling, family structured therapy, behavior management/modification therapy, forensic social work, motivational interviewing, narrative approach, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, comorbidity diagnosis and solution focused therapy.

I help kids, teens and adults learn to be kinder to themselves. Most of my clients come to my office having spent years trying to be perfect, talking negatively to themselves and feeling loads of shame. Perhaps they suspect they have anxiety, depression or PTSD from some of the things they have been through.
