My practice, Clinical & Forensic Neuropsychology Services of MS, specializes in the psychological and neuropsychological evaluation of cognitive, emotional, and psychological conditions in adults and older adults. I also provide outpatient psychotherapy for a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, adjustment to stressors (e.g., health decline, bereavement), and coping with chronic medical illnesses. Therapy treatment plans are individualized, based upon the best available research for treating a particular condition, and time-limited (typically 5-15 sessions).

Dr. Nosen has been providing evidence-based assessment and therapy since 2005. She specializes in treating adults experiencing anxiety, posttraumatic stress, depression, insomnia, alcohol and substance use. She primarily works from a cognitive-behavioral approach, tailoring treatments to help you develop insight, learn new ways of coping, and plan strategic changes to help you meet your personal goals. Dr. Nosen is trained in several specialized types of therapy protocols.

Dr. Rueff is experienced in treating and assessing a broad variety of mental health issues. He specializes in treating anxiety and trauma related disorders, including Generalized Anxiety, Specific Phobia, OCD, Panic Disorder, and PTSD. He also has expertise with a variety of assessment needs, including psychoeducational (ADHD, Learning Disability, Giftedness/IQ, testing accommodations), pre-procedure (spinal cord stimulator, bariatric surgery), and specialized personality and forensic evaluations.
