My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, creative, and trauma-sensitive. “I contain multitudes” is a Walt Whitman quote I resonate with because it touches on the adaptive strengths each part of us contains. I often work with clients who are struggling with dissociation, depression, and grief. I offer evidence-based trauma therapies like EMDR in addition to creative art, self-states/ parts, and somatic work per client preference. I also provide skills-based therapies like TF-CBT and DBT.

I work with people across the lifespan, from children to adolescents, to adults, individually or in a relationship. As a play therapist, I am skilled in working with children and adolescents. As a marriage and family therapist, I love to help build couple and family skills.
