I'm so glad you're here. I specialize in working with concerns related to complex attachment, religious, and developmental trauma, specifically childhood sexual abuse, incest, and dissociative disorders. In therapy together, I can help untangle the complexities of your painful experiences in a way that is warm, collaborative, creative, trauma-sensitive, and focused on the mind-body connection.

The poet Walt Whitman once wrote, “I contain multitudes.” We can acknowledge and explore these multitudes with compassion and curiosity in therapy, where nothing is ever too much or too dark to share. All of you is welcome here.
