Loss can shatter all our assumptions of how we thought our life was supposed to be. As a grief counselor for women and children, I understand that loss of any kind requires many strategies for releasing deep emotions of grief, sorrow, and pain. I use hands-on activities for processing grief: sand tray, kintsugi repair, mandala symbolic art, somatic coping skills, and other creative techniques because sometimes words are not enough.

I specialize in treating mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, and trauma. My passion, humor, and genuineness allow me to provide a different experience for clients who may have reservations towards therapy in the past.
