Welcome! I offer talk therapy via virtual sessions. Those that I work with are invested in making lasting changes to their emotional health. I work with clients to identify roadblocks and develop a plan for planting small seeds of change. I provide tools and practical solutions to manage daily symptoms. A typical session consists of delving into daily stressors, past challenges as well as coping mechanisms. My clients start to see positive changes to their emotional health within 6 months.

CPH Mental Health Counseling supports a variety of different patients. We support children, adolescents, adults, and families who are in need of psychological and support services for the various mental health struggles. While we specialize in the areas of gender dysphoria and trauma, we also offer general counseling services for anxiety, depression, post traumatic-stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorders, adjustment disorders and family conflicts.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults who are navigating challenging times in their lives. I specialize in working with those who need help coping with anxiety, depression, past trauma as well as life transitions. I am familiar with a wide variety of treatment strategies with the ability to introduce you to skills that can help you reduce stress, improve relationships and build a fulfilling life. I am trauma informed and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

As a former student athlete, I am passionate about supporting young adults in developing positive psychology and CBT skills.
