I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults who are navigating challenging times in their lives. I specialize in working with those who need help coping with anxiety, depression, past trauma as well as life transitions. I am familiar with a wide variety of treatment strategies with the ability to introduce you to skills that can help you reduce stress, improve relationships and build a fulfilling life. I am trauma informed and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
