Welcome! My clinical experience is in providing individual therapy through telehealth to work through issues of grief, trauma, addiction and life changes. I create a safe, trusting space- utilizing a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to ensure clients feel understood as they build clarity, confidence, motivation, and direction. I have certifications in Advanced Grief Counseling, Anger Managment, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) as well as being a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Professional (C-DBT)

In my practice I strive to provide each client with a safe place to explore their thoughts and feelings, as well as their experiences and behaviors.
