I love the work that I do because I understand how important emotional and mental health are in the life of every individual. In my practice I strive to provide each client with a safe place to explore their thoughts and feelings, as well as their experiences and behaviors. Together, you and I will begin to explore what in your life is creating barriers. Step by step we will create goals to help you begin to thrive. Working with clients at various stages of life and personal growth has taught me that we all want to feel respected and understood, and that it is never too late to make your happiness a priority.
My specialties are treating anxiety and depression, people recovering from addiction, as well as the people who love them. I provide men’s and women’s group therapy for adult children of alcoholics.
In a supportive environment I strive to meet each client where he/she is and help them establish goals that we can begin to address together in therapy.
