I understand how difficult it can be to decide to seek help for life's obstacles. In my practice, my goal is to help my clients become experts on themselves. Every end is a new beginning. My passion is empowering clients to reach their full potential, uncovering their untapped strengths and resources to increase over-all satisfaction and well-being.

Relationships are at the core of our being. They enrich our daily lives, fuel new experiences, and are one of the most important ways we come to know ourselves. All of us feel the need to belong and connect with others; we strive to be accepted in ways that feel genuine, meaningful and satisfying. Unhealthy relationships can take their toll, but good relationships improve all aspects of life, strengthening health, mind, and connections with others. However, all relationships can fall off track and go through periods of conflict, or be impacted by trauma, which may lead us to feel frustrated, stuck, dissatisfied, and/or frightened.

I am here to give you a deeper sense of self and the tools to get where you wish to be. I focus on helping my clients reflect on personal issues in order to better understand them and make the positive changes they desire to make.

I am a warm and inviting therapist that has created a sacred space with your healing in mind. I offer my clients the elements that I find most valuable in any therapeutic relationship; support, encouragement, empathic listening, non-judgement, interaction, collaboration, and trust. With a varied toolbox and skill set that we can draw upon, I enjoy blending evidence based practices with more creative approaches when called for. Some clients are open to including mind/ body based practices in their work with me while others may pursue a more traditional route. Ultimately, we will work collaboratively on the issues you are facing.
