I am here to give you a deeper sense of self and the tools to get where you wish to be. Together we will deal with depressed moods, anxiety (I will share an extensive anxiety tool box with you!) and other stressors. How would it feel to be seen, gotten and supported? You can start creating a new reality today! In sessions I integrate various styles including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, & client-centered approaches to therapy.
Dog is optional :) I have a very warm personality and make people around me feel accepted and seen. I provide an atmosphere of emotional safety. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and a Certified Integrated Mental Health Provider (CIMHP). I combine mental health strategies with holistic body practices.
I use a mix of modalities such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), NVC (Non-violent communication) and DBT. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and teens.
