I provide a safe, warm environment to explore the challenges that are significant to you.

I have a collaborative style and believe therapy should be tailored to your needs. I have had success using methods such as grounding techniques, relaxation and deep breathing during sessions to assist you with developing positive coping skills. I can assist you with understanding how past experiences effect your present life.

I have over fifteen years of experience working with challenges of depression, relationships, trauma and addiction. I feel the best approach in helping others is to tap into your own strength and be empowered to live life to your potential. I bring compassion, empathy, intuition and at times humor to my work.
