I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist providing Art therapy, Psychotherapy and EMDR. I believe in a therapeutic relationship that creates a safe, empathic and supportive space where you can be heard. I work with children, teens and adults integrating art - making, talk therapy, EMDR, sand tray, mind and body approach. The therapy is tailored and individualized based on your needs.

I work with adolescents (ages 14 and up), young adults, families and adults. I am experienced and trained in evidence-based practices to treat depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma and abuse. I am experienced in assisting clients make life changes, and work through relationship challenges, and creative blocks. In addition to talk therapy, I weave mindfulness and breath work into my practice when appropriate. I also draw on my many years of experience as an artist primarily working in theater.

Whatever your challenges, life circumstances, or life transitions, we will work collaboratively to achieve your treatment goals. You may find it difficult to talk about your problems with family members or friends, as they may not understand your feelings. My role as a therapist is to empower those facing various issues in their life; assisting clients to cope with difficult situations in a more adaptive way. Being listened to will help you feel understood and that other people care about you and what you have to say. I provide a supportive, caring, non-judgmental, safe, and culturally appropriate atmosphere.
