I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Ph.D. in my discipline. I have 26 years of experience working collaboratively with my clients to reach their desired goal(s). I specialize in Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, in particular Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and the use of Exposure Response Prevention and Habit Reversal Training. I also treat Mood Disorders and garden variety issues prompted by daily life stressors. My personal style is grounded in theory, practicality, flexibility, and hardy humor.
