Our psychotherapy is strength-based, solution-focused and psychodynamic.

In my 20 years of experience, I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, families and couples. I enjoy this population enormously. My biggest strength is my empathy. My clients feel safe with me; they know I am an invested therapist and that I truly care. I am passionate about love, compassion and equality. I create peace every day.

As an Associate Clinical Professor at Yale Department of psychiatry, I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 20 years. My therapeutic approach is to help individuals and couples better understand the conflicts in their life and find healthy ways to resolve or cope with them tapping into their strengths and their social support. In addition to my private practice, I have been working at the Department of Veterans Affairs for many years as a supervisory psychologist and I have published extensively in the field. I have also supervised and trained psychologists and psychiatrists in psychotherapy both in the US and abroad.

When we work together, I am not just your counselor, but your advocate. Everyone deserves to have someone in their corner. I have 7+ years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, individuals, and families heal from past experiences and understand behavioral patterns and where they come from. I have a special passion for working with adolescents and young adults to deliver compassionate and trauma-informed care. I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, anger, parenting and family issues.
