Accepting New Clients 2025! Life can present with many challenges and stressors that can be difficult to navigate. My focus is on helping through support, empathy and understanding. It is important to have a safe understanding space. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety/depression, trauma, stress, family/relationship issues and addiction. I am PSI trained (perinatal mental health) and provide support with all postpartum stressors. My approach is to be collaborative and provide comfort through the therapy process.
I use a person-centered approach to establish and build a therapeutic relationship. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and MI (motivational interviewing) to help obtain goals and improve ones daily life.
