On the health and fitness side, TJ is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, former NCAA athlete and 4x Ironman that competes in multiple racing events each year.  This unique combination of skills and experiences allows him to deliver a highly effective, multidimensional approach comprised of counseling, exercise, nutritional coaching and wellness practices that create a synergistic effect on overall health and happiness.

I am a licensed professional counselor who works with adolescents and adults in a non-judgemental, interactive and supportive manner. I work with my clients to address and resolve emotional difficulties including feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts, negative thoughts or behaviors that interfere with their daily life and overall well-being.
