I have twenty years experience working as a therapist. My clientele varies from working with children with disabilities to adults with extensive mental health issues. I tend to utilize Cognitive-Behavioral approaches, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to help clients accomplish their personal goals and build healthy relationships and self esteem to reach their full potential. I have experience working in clinics, hospitals, schools, and prison settings.

I have worked to improve lives which is my mission. I have work with almost every ethnic group. I encourage clients to engage in a dialogue with me about their clinical concerns. It is important that clients feel comfortable in sessions and safe to express their concerns.
