I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years experience in health care. My goal is to help patients live their best lives by treating the whole person. We will work together to determine the treatment plan that best suits your individual needs. I will provide individualized care, not "one size fits all" approach to medication management.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am passionate about providing quality, compassionate and comprehensive mental health services to my patients. My goal is to get to know my patients individually by listening to their unique needs and establishing treatment goals that focus on the whole person. My role is multifaceted, including educator, mental health advocate, therapist and medication manager. In addition to medication management I also incorporate various therapy techniques including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral and person-centered techniques to treatment.

As a mental health nurse practitioner, I am trained to listen and provide expert outpatient, individualized, and psychological care. In addition to prescribing medication, I focus on individuals and families understanding medication risks and benefits for their mental health needs. Services provided are not limited to Bipolar disorders, Depression, Insomnia, Generalized anxiety disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Substance use Disorders. After graduating, she worked in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings where she saw a diverse range of patients. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents, adults and geriatric. Nola possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by a natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. She follows evidenced-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation and intuition.

Dr. Nuwordu is a board-certified Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with inclusive training and experience in treating psychiatric disorders in inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Nuwordu worked with Active/retired military Service members, underprivileged clients in correctional facilities in four Virginia counties. Dr. Nuwordu is compassionate and thoughtful makes every effort to provide and guarantee her clients comprehensive and best available treatment that is individually centered in an empathic environment. Dr. Nuwordu has a personal passion for helping people and believes that the Sound mind builds a healthy body.

Dr. Nadeem is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with over fifteen years of experience in treating adults with Psychiatric conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, AD/HD, PTSD, Bipolar, and Psychotic Disorders and a variety of other problems including Women's Mental Health. With her extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she performs diagnostic evaluations and medication management using exceptional clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of current medical practice. Her specialty is working with chronic and challenging mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar, and impulse control disorders.

Brence Brooks is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2020. He received his bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Louisville and his master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University. Specialty areas include medication management for major depressive disorder, bipolar I and II disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, childhood behavioral disorders, psychotic disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

My patients come to me with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, problems with attention and focus, work performance and academic difficulties, and relationship problems. They seek help to relieve their suffering and improve their ability to function in their daily lives. Given my education, training and experience working in Primary/Urgent Care practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner and working for 15 years in private practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am able to offer an approach to treatment that focuses on the whole person to achieve an optimum level of physical and mental health.

Catherine Ben-Agu is a board certified licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner in the state of Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. She has 8years of experience in psychiatry. She received her undergraduate degree from Birmingham Southern College and later completed her Master's program at Vanderbilt University in 2017. Chloe aims to support her patients using personalized goals and education, brief cognitive behavioral techniques, and medications. She hopes to create an environment where clients feel empowered, connected, and valued.

Passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care, Helen is dedicated to serving patients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in underserved communities. Helen champions patient empowerment, guiding her patients to take control of their health and emotional wellbeing.

Brent R. Coyle, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with the additional distinction of "Distinguished Fellow," with over 36 years of experience in psychiatry in various settings, including inpatient, academic, and outpatient. Dr. Coyle received his M.D. from The University of Minnesota, Mpls. campus, and he completed his Psychiatric Residency at Wilford Hall, USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. His clinical passion is Patient-Centered Care and working in collaboration with Clients to assist them with their mental health and well-being.

I earned my medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine after which I completed an Adult Psychiatry residency at St. Vincent Medical Center in New York City and a Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Georgetown University. I also completed an Addiction Medicine Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic. I opened my private practice in 1993.
