David has several years of healthcare experience working in various specialties, including intensive care, inpatient mental health, and nursing education. Deborah is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in the outpatient mental health sector. She works with individuals across the lifespan from pediatrics to geriatrics. She has over 14 years of experience in emergency medicine, psychiatry, and addiction. She specializes in treating patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addiction, and various other mental health issues.

With my clinical knowledge, colorful personal experiences, and empathetic heart I will work along side you to create real-life treatment goals.

I work with clients who have a history of trauma, or addiction, and I have worked extensively with the LGBTQIA+ community. I provide psychotropic medication management but work best with clients also open to alternative modalities in addition to medication. Because of my addiction background, I limit the use of controlled substances, such as benzos and stimulants, but I am aware that there is a place for these meds in some treatment plans.
