You have taken a major step to set an appointment, I commend you because I know it’s not an easy thing to do. I am often told by patients that they hesitated to make an appointment out of fear. Patients often discuss being very nervous about their upcoming appointment. Your first session may evoke certain emotions, this is totally normal. During the appointment you will be asked about the reason for coming in. You may cry, feel awkward, or experience various kinds of emotions while discussing your concerns, but know that it is ok.

I am dedicated to caring for people in need of medication management for anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I also care for pregnant or postpartum clients in need of medication management or therapy. I want to help people achieve or return to their highest level of functioning and satisfaction in life.

Accepting NEW patients with initial appointments within 48 hours. Christina is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner serving clients ages 13 and older utilizing integrative principles. She empowers her clients to take an active role in their treatment plan within a patient-centered relationship. Many of her clients are seeking integrative traditional and complimentary treatments to minimize the amount of psychiatric medications they are taking. She offers mental health support in unhurried appointments in which her clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner born and raised in rural Nevada. I understand and appreciate the uniqueness of living in the rurals, as well as, respect it is often difficult to find psychiatric services. My goal is to provide Mental Health services across the lifespan with compassion, integrity and dignity.

Dr. Dube is a quadruple board-certified psychiatrist based in Arizona. She trained in Adult, Child & Adolescent, and Forensic psychiatry at the University of Arizona. She completed further fellowships in Integrative Medicine with the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, and in Integrative Psychiatry at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. Dr. Dube has experience in community mental health, hospital, residential, and private outpatient settings with both children and adults.

I believe that each patient has a right to choose his or her own path in treatment. My job is to guide you in understanding the medical causes, therapy options and potential results in order to enable your right to make informed choices about your mental health. I specialize in mental health issues as based on an integrative, evidence based approach to mind, body and spirit. I focus on identifying and treating the individual rather than the symptoms.

I work with adult clients suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and mood instability. Many of my clients are dealing with emotional or behavioral issues related to modern life stresses and do not necessarily have a diagnosis (or "label"). Sometimes clients just need someone to maintain upkeep on ordering their medications and ensuring insurance coverage. I encourage people from all demographics and all backgrounds to have an open mind and reach out!
