My clinical experience is with children, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric disorders including - anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, and many other disorders. I know that true wellness means treating our bodies and minds with care. I built an environment that is beneficial for all clients that offers telehealth sessions. Dr. Seeta Patel is a Harvard-trained, board-certified adult psychiatrist. She provides evidence-based medication management for adults (18 years and older). She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma related concerns. She works with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and have seen how trauma can cause lifelong suffering. We often do not reach out until aspects of our life have already been affected in a negative way - for instance, when relationships have fallen apart, or when we have lost a job. Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness, but rather it is a sign of strength.

She obtained her FNP degree at South University Savannah, GA and her Post-master's PMHNP degree at Liberty University, Va. She has over 9 years experience in the nursing field providing holistic care to individuals across the lifespan. She is licensed in WA, OR, NV, AZ, GA, MT, FL and TX.

Dr. Gloria Oyeniyi is a board-certified psychiatrist who treats adult patients. She completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore MD where she received her Bachelor's degree with Honors in Public Health, then completed her medical degree at The University of Texas at Houston. She completed her residency in Psychiatry at The University of Texas Dell Medical School at Austin where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Oyeniyi has worked in several clinical, leadership and administrative positions and has been actively involved in teaching and community outreach.

Dr. Vansickle is a board-certified adult psychiatrist, who has been in practice for over 25 years. At the heart of Dr. Vansickle's clinical approach is an emphasis on establishing trust. She focuses on building strong therapeutic and collaborative environments with patients who are struggling with depression, bipolar spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety including social, obsessive-compulsive, and generalized anxiety disorders. She provides psychiatric medication management in conjunction with supportive therapy and education.

Dr. Charli Ellis is a board-certified psychiatrist. She has practiced in myriad settings including psychiatric emergency departments, inpatient hospitals, medical hospitals, and outpatient clinics. Dr. Ellis’ practice focuses on medication management. Typically, she offers this along with supportive psychotherapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, if indicated Dr. Ellis may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Dr. Megan Tusken is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her Medical Doctor degree at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Prior to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Tusken completed residency training in general psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Tusken provides evidence-based, patient-centered care and considers a trusting doctor-patient relationship integral to helping her patients achieve their treatment goals.

My background of over 17 years in medicine offers me the skill set to understand medical systems, and provide mental health care. I received my masters from Walden University, and have been practicing for 3 years. I work with adult patients with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorders.

Dr. Corona is a staff psychiatrist at Talkiatry. He attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio School of Medicine where he completed his medical degree. He received his Adult Psychiatry Residency training at UT Health San Antonio. Dr. Corona combines medication management with therapeutic techniques and works collaboratively with therapists, as needed, to create an individualized treatment plan for his patients.

Although her practice focuses on medication management, she strives to incorporate modalities such as supportive therapy to enhance treatment and will encourage her clients to seek more intensive therapy when indicated.

Dr. Zhou is a board-certified psychiatrist who has experience practicing in various clinical settings with an emphasis on mental health care in outpatient settings. She practices a holistic approach in developing an individualized plan to work towards a patient's goals. Dr. Zhou is experienced in treating depression, bipolar spectrum disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder along with generalized anxiety and other related psychiatric disorders. Dr. Zhou received her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and completed her adult psychiatric residency at LSU Health Shreveport.
