I'm a board certified psychiatrist with an MD from Brown University, fellowship training in Women's Mental Health, and a faculty member at Brown University. I aim to create a highly individualized care plan, tailored to each patient's goals and vision of care. At times patients or families may not be able to fully discuss issues - that is okay. Dr. Freeman will meet you where you are at in this journey, temporarily lead you, and teach you to lead yourself. Children/Adolescents often benefit in using play to establish trust. Often more can be learned from a child playing a game together vs interviewing them. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who believes strongly in the collaborative relationship between practitioner and client. I believe in offering non-stigmatized care in a comfortable setting where a trusting rapport can be built. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, etc. I am a certified Addiction specialist and have a decade of experience treating Substance Use Disorders. I am a Board Certified Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who works with individuals across the lifespan (4-99). I treat a wide range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety, addictive disorders, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. I also work with people who are managing difficult life transitions requiring short-term support.

Renee Rotman is board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is trained in medication management and offers both online and in person sessions in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Renee's primary approach is to discuss the challenges clients encounter that may prevent them from living the life they want to live. By gathering a complete history, treatment goals are identified. Once a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is completed, Renee will recommend medications using evidence based practice guidelines. She will then continue to meet with her clients to assess how they are feeling.

Lilia Romero-Bosch, MD is a board certified psychiatrist that works with young children, adolescents and adults. She received training from Brown University in: General Pediatrics/General Adult Psychiatry/Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Bosch is also one of the only physicians in southern New England to practice Functional Psychiatry, which focuses on helping you find your healthiest self and not just helping you treat a "diagnosis".
