Hi, I am Dr. Pooja Shah, a board-certified child psychiatrist and adult psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism. If you have worked with a psychiatrist before or are new to seeking mental health care, Welcome! We will start with an initial 90-minute appointment where we go over your symptoms and formulate an evidence-based treatment plan including talk therapy and if appropriate, use of medications where indicated. We can also discuss non-medication alternatives if you prefer a holistic approach. I look forward to partnering with you to help you be the best version of you!

As part of treatment, I am able to work with individuals, couples, and families and I have evening and weekend availability within the next two weeks.
