Dr. Mark Chofla is a board-certified psychiatrist and physician who completed his specialty residency training at the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Chofla earned his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

I offer traditional, holistic, and integrative approaches to treating mental health conditions which often includes nutrition and supplement advice, exercise routines, and meditative practices, to name a few.

I have been in mental health nursing for over a decade in high acuity inpatient settings here in Oregon. I am delighted to transfer this knowledge to an advanced practice role in an outpatient setting. This atmosphere allows for the authentic connection and collaborative decision making a hospital setting doesn't often accommodate.

My approach is holistic, evidenced based individualized strategies tailored towards your needs.
