I believe in providing holistic care along with evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes, whether that’s assisting with lifestyle changes or medication management. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. Mental health treatment is not "one size fits all" so we will work at your pace towards your goals. My passion is helping clients of all ages with medication management for ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders. I’m here to listen and collaborate with clients to help them feel like the best version of themselves.

I received my medical degree from Gujarat University, and completed residency in psychiatry at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago. Prior to my work in psychiatry, I worked in private practice and as an assistant professor in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I am certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I have been practicing for over 25 years in the Cincinnati area and have experience with diverse populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I keep current with new advances in medicine and use evidence-based guidelines for treatment, but am also constantly learning from my patients.

Jasmine Shafto is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. She is certified in behavioral health by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed by the states of Kentucky and Ohio. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She has provided psychiatric nursing services for more than 15 years in inpatient, outpatient, and community behavioral healthcare settings. Her scope of practice includes individuals 13 years of age and older.

La'Risha Jeter is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Ohio who has been practicing since 2020. She has an MSN-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BSN-Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. La'Risha is committed to delivering the best individualized patient care through effective education and counseling. Stephanie Timmons is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 10 years experience in outpatient, inpatient and in-home nursing care. Her specialty areas are medication management and treatment of anxiety disorders including panic and post-traumatic stress, depression, adjustment disorders, anger and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Cincinnati with advanced certification in family and psychiatric nursing.

Everyone’s path to wellness can look much different. I view each person as an individual and create a plan that is unique to you and your struggles. I believe that anyone who takes the path to wellness deserves to have a voice and to be treated with respect and empowerment. I treat patients of all ages from 5+. I enjoy working with both children and adults. I am currently pursuing specialty certification in Perinatal Mental Health to treat women both during and after their pregnancy. I have also been certified in pediatrics and critical care as an RN. I strive to help patient's with their overall health.

Restoring Hope Counseling and Coaching is a group private practice that has providers who specialize in many areas including medication management. Our Medical Team consists of multiple Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, a Dietician, and a full administrative team that use a collaborative approach to providing care for our clients. Our Medical Team works closely with our counselors to be able to offer a well-rounded approach to the treatment of mental health and addiction issues. Denise Re is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She received her master's degree in advanced practice nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University as a member of The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and her bachelor's degree in nursing from Wright State University. She has practiced nursing since 2005 in inpatient and outpatient settings including medical, psychiatric, and addiction treatment. She believes in working together with patients to help them obtain their optimal level of mental well-being.

Debra Santos is an advanced practice nurse board certified by the American Academy Nurse Credentialing Center in Mental Health and licensed by the states of Connecticut and Ohio. She received her bachelor's degree from Southern Connecticut University and her master's degree in nursing from Yale University. She has provided psychiatric nursing services for more than 25 years in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. She has 15 years of experience in emergency and mobile crisis intervention and has worked with community outreach workers and police to help manage patients in crisis.

Meagan Hawkins is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her master's degree in nursing from Walden University and has been working in outpatient settings providing care to adolescents and adults. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Current MAT certification for Suboxone and Methadone use. Her specialty areas include depression, anxiety, panic disorders, and substance use disorders.

I enjoy working with individuals from 16 years old to aging adults. Working in healthcare for so many years, I understand the struggles of the things we carry and tuck under the rug which really gives me a strong passion for helping healthcare workers and giving back to that community. I also have a strong passion for military, minorities, adopted, and LGTBQ+ communities. But really, I want to help everyone I can.
