I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist specializing in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and adult psychiatry. My services include the diagnosis and treatment of all mental illnesses in children/adolescents/adult including, but not limited to, ADHD, Depression, OCD, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum, Bipolar disorder, Personality disorders and PTSD. I am also interested in treating women who are pregnant/postpartum, and nursing. I am comfortable in the setting of treating co-morbid medical and psychiatric concerns. I only utilize medication when necessary.

Dr. Bhatt graduated with a Bachelors of Science in psychology and neuroscience from The Ohio State University. She completed medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, going on to finish her adult psychiatry residency in Cleveland at University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve University. Hello there! I'm Kara Tarr, a dedicated mental health professional with over 15 years of varied medical experience. My journey in the medical field began with education as a cardiovascular perfusionist, armed with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. From there, I found my calling in nursing and earned a Bachelors degree in the field from Duquesne University, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My skills and knowledge have been put to test in a number of challenging environments including intensive care, surgery, and IT nursing.

Dr. Jennifer Shoenfelt is a double board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist and adult psychiatrist. Her practice focuses on child and adolescent medication management. Typically, she offers this in conjunction with supportive or emotionally focused therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Shoenfelt may believe that additional therapy is needed and will ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. She provides treatment plans that include holistic recommendations that include diet, exercise, educational and psychosocial/spiritual aspects of care.
