Having grown up in an economically disadvantaged community, I witnessed the toll that mental illness can take on individuals and their families; and having raised three children on my own, I know what it is to struggle. My experiences fueled my passion for mental health care, and I bring this empathy and understanding to every patient interaction. I am deeply committed to helping my patients overcome their challenges and treating each individual with the same care and attention I would give to my own loved ones.

Dr. Escamilla is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He completed his psychiatry training at the University of California at San Francisco and also completed a research fellowship with the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr. Mohammed Ansari is an adult psychiatrist, board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has extensive experience in various practice settings and specializes in treating Adjustment disorder, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, insomnia and working through psychosocial stressors that his patients are experiencing.

Dr. Tsujimoto-Ryzewski is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. She completed her residency with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine where she served as a chief resident during her last year of training. Dr. Tsujimoto-Ryzewski has treated patients with a wide variety of diagnoses both during her residency and after her training while working at a busy private practice clinic as well as for the Veteran’s Administration.

Dr. Mousavi holds the position of attending psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She is Board certified in adult psychiatry and has been practicing for over 6 years. Dr. Mousavi's practice focuses on medication management. Typically, she offers this in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow up visits. Dr. Mousavi may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Dr. Goicochea is Peruvian and speaks Spanish fluently. She is a “triple Gator” having completed her undergraduate and medical degree at the University of Florida (UF) and psychiatric training at UF Jacksonville. She was recognized by the Gold Humanism Honor Society for exemplary service, integrity, clinical excellence and compassion and awarded Resident of the Year for exceptional clinical skills and commitment to patients.

Dr. Paul has worked in outpatient private practice psychiatry for nearly 20 years. Throughout her career, she has combined medication management with talk therapy, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. Dr. Paul received her MD from The University of Iowa. She completed an intern year in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Illinois, Chicago, and went on to psychiatry residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. Dr. Janeen Paul is board certified in Adult Psychiatry.

Dr. Blake Werner is an adult and addiction psychiatry board-certified physician who has been in practice for the past 4 years. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX, before moving to charming Charleston, SC to complete his residency in adult psychiatry. Following residency, Dr. Werner completed a fellowship in addiction psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine. Post-fellowship, Dr. Werner joined the Yale faculty as an assistant professor and was employed through the Veterans Affairs, treating substance use disorders in an outpatient clinical setting.

Dr. Clark is a double board-certified psychiatrist specializing in General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She completed her psychiatry residency training at Baylor College of Medicine and subsequent child fellowship at UT Health Science Center of Houston. She has provided quality patient-centered care in various community mental health, inpatient, outpatient, residential, consult liaison and emergency room settings in Texas and New Jersey. Additionally, Dr. Clark has held volunteer academic appointments where she instructed medical students, residents & fellows at Baylor College of Medicine, UT Southwestern and Rutgers.

Dr. Caitlin Meyer is a board- certified in adult psychiatry with experience in a wide variety of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, women’s mental health, and ADHD. Dr. Meyer’s practice is focused on medication management with supportive therapy offered in 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Meyer received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she received the North Texas Society of Psychiatric Physician’s Award for outstanding medical student in Psychiatry. She pursued her residency in adult psychiatry at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Dr. Sophia Monsour holds the position of Chief Psychiatrist for Pennsylvania at Talkiatry. After completing residency in 2013 at Albany Medical Center, she has spent the past 9 years fulfilling her passion for integrated and specialty care for adults suffering from mental illness. Her years of experience has included working as an integrated care Psychiatrist at a community health center, a medical director of a Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP), and also working for an Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) specializing in the Serious Mentally Ill (SMI) population.

Dr. Jennifer Shoenfelt is a double board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist and adult psychiatrist. Her practice focuses on child and adolescent medication management. Typically, she offers this in conjunction with supportive or emotionally focused therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Shoenfelt may believe that additional therapy is needed and will ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. She provides treatment plans that include holistic recommendations that include diet, exercise, educational and psychosocial/spiritual aspects of care.

Dr. Jonathan Myrtil is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Central Florida affiliated with North Florida Regional Medical Center. Prior to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Myrtil stayed on at North Florida Regional as an Adult Psychiatrist and supervising physician where he treated patients from diverse settings including inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization and IOP.

Dr. Kendra M. Scott is a native of Charleston, SC. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina where she majored in Biology and minored in Education. She completed her medical degree and psychiatry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Scott is a board-eligible psychiatrist and has worked for several years at the Veterans Administration providing medication management for various diagnoses including PTSD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety.

Dr. Theresa Colberg is a board certified adult psychiatrist. She offers guidance with navigating difficult and painful emotions that may result from mood disorders, stressful life situations, the loss of a loved one, traumatic events, attachment traumas, or neurodevelopment disorders. Within a safe, and supportive working relationship, Dr. Colberg will strive to reach an understanding your unique situation, identify the issues that are interfering with progress, and develop a plan to better identify and achieve your goals.

Dr. Kristin Ratz is a Board-Certified psychiatrist who is an expert in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. She specializes in medication management combined with supportive therapy during 30-minute follow-up sessions. A California local, Dr. Ratz obtained her undergraduate education at University of California, Davis, graduating magna cum laude.t. She then attended medical school at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, obtaining her Medical Doctorate. Following this, she completed her adult psychiatry residency training at the University of California, Irvine.

Dr. Shari Sengupta attended the University of OK as a National Merit Scholar and went on to graduate from from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She specialized in Adult Psychiatry at the University of NC Hospitals where she was a chief resident. She received psychotherapy training in insight-oriented and cognitive-behavioral approaches and trained at the Psychoanalytic Institute of the Carolinas. She has 18 years of experience providing medication management and psychotherapy in both private practice and community mental health settings and over 10 years of experience in telepsychiatry providing care to underserved communities.

Victoria VanScoy McAllister, NPP is a Nurse Practitioner specialist in Glens Falls New York. She graduated from Sage College in 2012. Prior to graduating as a Nurse Practitioner, she had over 20 years of diverse experience in psychiatric nursing. Victoria prides herself on providing high-quality individual care. She provides a full comprehensive 60 minute intake and 30-45 minute follow up appointments for medication management and psychotherapy. In addition, she provides a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that allows her patients to feel comfortable. She takes pride in providing a collaborative holistic approach to her treatment.
