I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner experienced in treating a variety of mental health concerns. I currently provide individualized therapy, evaluation for medication, diagnosis, and treatment for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I offer care that is individualized and holistic to all my patients. My telehealth appointment is made accessible online to serve my patients better. Be aware that all initial and specific treatments require an in-person visit with the prescriber.

Dr. Jacqueline Lewandowski is a board-certified physician specializing in adult psychiatry. She obtained her undergraduate degree from New York University where she studied psychology and child/adolescent mental health. Before moving back to New York, Dr. Lewandowski received her medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada to complete her residency at Morningside and West Mount Sinai Hospitals. Since completing training, Dr. Lewandowski has practiced and held teaching positions. Dr. Lewandowski has a wide range of experience treating various psychiatric diagnoses and populations.

Dr. Carolyn Benson has 21 years of experience in treating adults, adolescents, and children. Her focus over the last ten years has been on working with young adults, children/adolescents, and their families. Her expertise covers a wide array of therapeutic modalities and mental health diagnoses. The primary focus of her sessions is to provide medication management with education on treatment options. She will provide therapy models that are appropriate within that 20–30 minute medication session. If longer therapy time frames are indicated, she will discuss the need to add a therapist to your treatment team to achieve optimal care.

Dr. Jisoo Park is a board-certified psychiatrist. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Tufts University, where she double majored in Biopsychology and Art History. She attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University, and completed her psychiatry residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center. After graduating residency, she was appointed clinical assistant professor at Renaissance School of Medicine, where she worked at Treatment Resistant Depression Clinic. She was involved in teaching medical students and residents, and was part of various research studies and and publications.

Dr. Nina Jacobs is a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist in practice for over 20 years. She attended the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine and completed her adult, child and adolescent training at NYU School of Medicine. She has additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at New York Psychoanalytic Institute. Dr. Jacobs believes understanding and compassion are fundamental to the doctor-patient relationship. With an engaged, optimistic style, she provides attentive, patient-centered care to reduce troubling symptoms and restore well-being.

Dr. He is board-certified in adult psychiatry and addictions medicine. She has spent much of her time in the North East and is currently residing in New Jersey with her spouse and dog, Luna.
