Kelly Cook, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric practitioner who works with clients to develop individualized integrative psychiatric treatment plans that include traditional as well as non-traditional/off-label uses of psychotropic medications, genetic testing, and supplements. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in English, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Hollins University and completed her clinical training as a psychiatric provider at The Ohio State University.

Hi, my name is Sarah Manco. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I am licensed to practice and prescribe medications in Arizona, New York, and South Carolina. I have been a PMHNP for 16 years. My theoretical approaches are patient-centered, interpersonal, and supportive. The type of clients I treat may have symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, and bipolar disorders. She specializes in anxiety, insomnia, mood disorders, depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, OCD, and other psychiatric issues and disorders. She brings experience working inpatient and outpatient clinics. She performs psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric diagnoses, and prescribes and provides medication management as well as person-centered psychotherapy to patients residing in New York and Delaware. Appointments are only on weekday evenings and weekends.
