Dr. Ballard is known for her unique approaches to helping clients engage in life challenges, promoting healing through education, and empowering each client to become the best version of themselves.

Anything that we as humans get exposed to in life can cause us to develop feelings and fantasies. At times when these feelings and fantasies are considered "unacceptable" due to fears, upbringing, culture, religion, norm or whatever else, such feelings and fantasies become unconscious. It means they exist and govern our lives but we are not conscious/aware of them. Such unconscious materials lead to psychiatric and physical manifestations including but not limited to anxiety, depression, physical ailments and many other presentations. I am trained to explore such unconscious feelings/fantasies in children, adolescents, and adults.

Olga Katz, MD is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and a recognized expert in treating psychiatric disorders in children, adolescents and adults. As the founder and Medical Director of Crasmere Psychiatric Services for 23 years, Dr. Olga Katz dedicated her career to improving the mental health of her patients. She utilizes bio psychosocial model which allows her to focus on the appropriate medications and psychodynamic psychotherapy to successfully treating the most challenging variety of psychiatric pathologies, including Panic Disorder, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD.

Victoria VanScoy McAllister, NPP is a Nurse Practitioner specialist in Glens Falls New York. She graduated from Sage College in 2012. Prior to graduating as a Nurse Practitioner, she had over 20 years of diverse experience in psychiatric nursing. Victoria prides herself on providing high-quality individual care. She provides a full comprehensive 60 minute intake and 30-45 minute follow up appointments for medication management and psychotherapy. In addition, she provides a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that allows her patients to feel comfortable. She takes pride in providing a collaborative holistic approach to her treatment.

I am a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner. I have over 10 years of experience in healthcare, of those 6 plus years are in psychiatric mental health nursing. I have worked with patients of all ages diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse disorder as well as anxiety and depression. I provide comprehensive psychiatric care including diagnostic evaluations, medication management and therapy to patients. I completed my Bachelor of Nursing from Purdue University and Masters of Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University from the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.
