Accepting clients ages 18-65 for psychiatric consultation and evaluation, individual psychotherapy, and/or medication management. our goal is to advocate for patients who struggle with mental illness to manage their treatment with compassion, understanding, a non-judgemental approach, and focus on holistic care.

Hello. My name is Robin. I have been a psychiatric Nurse for over 25 years. I have experience, knowledge and expertise working with a variety of clients. I use a person centered approach in order to meet the individualized needs of each client. I graduated from University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor in Nursing and received a post masters certificate as a psychiatric nurse practitioner from Vanderbilt university. I retired from active duty 2016.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who cares with compassion for individuals throughout their lifespan (children and adults). My goal is to provide holistic, collaborative, and client-centered care with the most up-to-date, evidence-based practice in behavioral healthcare. Dr. Ose is an integrative psychiatrist whose treatment approach combines psychiatric, therapeutic, and alternative options to help individuals maximize mental wellness! Dr. Ose works with individuals age 17 years old and up, and he has extensive experience working with the military and college students.

Dr. Carnetha Simmons has been practicing as a board certified Adult, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, for over 14 years. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, received her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, and completed her general psychiatry residency and child and adolescent Fellowship at Prisma Health in Columbia, South Carolina.

My background includes child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry and I treat a broad range of psychiatric disorders. I am passionate about addressing clients holistically, as our brain health is largely impacted by not only genetic factors but lifestyle factors. I offer psychotropic medication management, therapeutic techniques, and lifestyle guidance.

Liz Vaughan is a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a specialty focus in Pediatric Mental and Behavioral Health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Duke University in 2019. Liz received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing also from Duke University in 2014. Liz has 7 years of previous pediatric nursing experience, ranging from intensive care, to cardiac, to pediatric oncology/bone marrow transplant, to outpatient neurology and mental health. During her MSN coursework at Duke, Liz was one of the first students to take part in the Pediatric Mental Behavioral Health Specialty program.

Elizabeth Morgan (Kaczor) PA-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for integrated medicine and psychiatry. Having initially started her career in internal medicine after graduating from Wake Forest University in 2000, Elizabeth discovered her true calling in general psychiatry, where she found a profound connection with her patients. Her empathetic and collaborative approach to patient care sets her apart, as she believes in tailoring treatments to suit the unique needs of each individual.

Tara Nate is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to her patients across their lifespan. She prioritizes using a holistic or whole person approach when addressing her patient’s wellness goals. This includes not only focusing on their mental and emotional needs but also on their physical, spiritual, and social needs. She uses a trauma informed approach and aims to empower her patients to lead fulfilling lives.

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, diagnostic studies, and individual treatment recommendations for clients ranging from teens to older adulthood. My prior work in primary care, psychiatric residency training, and current experience at the Cedar Oaks Clinic has allowed me to work with adolescents, young adults, older adults, and veterans to manage a variety of psychiatric conditions.
