My name is Janelle and I am dual licensed FNP and PMHNP and I have a servants heart. I have been an RN for 19 years in acute care, pediatrics and women's health and a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family medicine, Medical weight management and Psychiatry for 4 years. I am currently completing my Doctorate Studies. I see ages 5 and up. I manage all mood disorders from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and substance induced mood disorders. I also manage ADHD and Autism. I am Faith Based, Empathetic, Open-Minded, Warm, Direct, Affirming and Integrative. I believe in healing the whole person.

Working with patients in their own home relieves immediate stress and is a positive environment to establish immediate rapport. Telepsychiatry reduces delays in care, potential transportation barriers, such as lack of transportation or the need for long drives, and improves access to mental health specialty care that might not otherwise be available (e.g., in rural areas). Research also suggests telepsychiatry helps patients avoid the stigmas surrounding getting treatment and immediately increases comfort levels. At this time we are NOT accepting patients with Bipolar Disorder.

Before transitioning into advanced practice, Amy was a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse, that had the privilege of working at several prestigious psychiatric hospitals in a variety of settings. In both her academic and professional life, she strives to deliver comprehensive evidence-based mental health and wellness services. As a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she aims to provide holistic care, taking into consideration the psychological, social, biological, and cultural needs of each individual patient.

I specialize in providing holistic telepsychiatry care to improve the management of symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and daily life stressors. I offer psychotherapy, remote ADHD testing, medication management, as well as guidance with self-care practices, healthy nutrition, and staying physically active for overall wellness.

I practice a comprehensive approach to medicine and believe strongly in the importance of treating the mind, body, and spirit to achieve wellness. The sacred relationship between the physician and patient can be just as important as the medicine or therapy provided. Thus, I provide longer comprehensive appointments and am accessible to patients to ensure that their concerns are heard and they feel understood. Hello there! I'm Kara Tarr, a dedicated mental health professional with over 15 years of varied medical experience. My journey in the medical field began with education as a cardiovascular perfusionist, armed with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. From there, I found my calling in nursing and earned a Bachelors degree in the field from Duquesne University, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My skills and knowledge have been put to test in a number of challenging environments including intensive care, surgery, and IT nursing.

Solange is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Texas. With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, she has worked in various clinical settings from surgery to home health. For the past three years, Solange served as a Family Nurse Practitioner focused on pain management. Through this work, she recognized the interconnectedness of comorbid conditions and mental health. This inspired her to pursue post-master’s training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the University of Texas Rio Grande.

Jacey is a highly dedicated Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, holding her graduate degree from Herzing University and backed by an impressive 15-year tenure in the nursing field. Her unwavering commitment lies in destigmatizing mental health care and recognizing the profound value of providing an empathetic, non-judgmental listening space.

As a PMHNP I have worked in outpatient, PHP, IOP, inpatient and residential settings across four states and have worked with patients ages 4 to 90 from all walks of life. I have experience treating a variety of mental health disorders including but not limited to depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and substance use disorders through medication management and supportive therapy techniques.
