Welcome! GentlePsych is an online telepsychiatry practice seeing patients ages 7 and up. I see clients both in person and telemedicine to allow the most comfortable space for you. I am a dual board-certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in diagnostic testing and medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders.

Carly Sell, a Montana native, has worked as a psychiatric nurse for the past 15 years. Carly graduated in 2007 from Carroll College with her bachelor’s degree in nursing and from Montana State University in 2022 with her Doctor of Nursing Practice. Carly has always been passionate about improving overall mental health and well-being throughout Montana through suicide prevention, mental health awareness education, and trauma-informed care.

Montana is very rural and services are not always readily available, I am committed to the wellness of individuals and would like to provide services to our community.

Hello! We are a mental health clinic providing psych evals, med management and psychotherapy. I am the Clinic owner and Clinician. When you schedule with me, you will be signing up for a team. Currently, there are 3 interns that work with me. An intern will take your medical history and psychiatric history, then I will come on and the intern and I will create the treatment plan. On subsequent visits, you will see the intern and he/she will bring me on when the medication and/or treatment plan needs to be changed. All of us provide Integrative Psychiatry using the most recent medications and supplements. Our interns do therapy too!

Michelle Herron grew up in Helena, Montana. She has been specializing in psychiatric care for 13 years. Michelle graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Montana State University in 2022; she is passionate about providing inclusive psychiatric services to Montanans. Michelle believes that the provider and client work together to find an individualized treatment that promotes health, healing, and hope.

I am a psychiatrist with a wide array of interests and skills, including psychedelic medicines such as Ketamine for the use of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I have completed level one training in Internal Family Systems, or IFS. IFS can be done effectively virtually or in person, with or without psychedelic medicine, and eventually, on one's own without the help of a therapist. It is a transformational, deep healing of the wounded/burdened parts of our inner children that affect how we live and relate to the world as adults, often resulting in self-sabotage.
