Maybe this is you, and it seems aimless. I hope to help you stop "roaming" and switch to intention and purpose in meeting your goals. I'm most passionate about ADHD. I am tired of hearing "It is just ADHD". It can create significant consequences in chronic illness, substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem. This is sad because it is one of the most treatable mental health conditions.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner offering mental health assessments, therapy, and medication management. I especially enjoy working with children/families to improve relationships, school performance, self-esteem, and health.
