I am a Double Board Certified Psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine Physician with a background in Internal Medicine and 20-plus years of experience. I am licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.. I am affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital, Washington D.C., and Johns Hopkins Medicine.

I believe in a holistic and personalized approach to mental health treatment. I provide a broad array of quality psychiatric services, including medication management, substance use services, therapy for individuals, groups, and couples. I am now accepting new clients. Day, evening, and some limited weekend appointments are available.

I have a Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner (DNP), with specialty in Family Nursing (FNP) I provide continuing and comprehensive healthcare for the individual and family across all ages, genders, diseases, and body systems. Dr. Seraphine Agbor is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner CRNP-PMH, graduated with a Doctorate from Chatham University. Dr. Agbor has over seven years of experience working with patients dealing with addiction and mental illnesses. She works with patients dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and many others. She utilizes a mix of medications and psychotherapy, and works with devoted staff to offer alternative treatments that may be beneficial to patients. Dr. Agbor follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.
