She is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and certified yoga instructor, and has been working in mental health for over 15 years. She was educated at Brandeis University and Boston College. Her style is holistic and evidence-driven and she enjoys utilizing mindfulness practices in her work to help folks live their lives with full intention. She believes strongly in the mind-body connection and various modalities for healing. She also enjoys exploring foods, cooking, hiking, and art!
