I have almost two decades of experience as a nurse practitioner and therapist treating individuals with mental health struggles. I enjoy working with women's mental health issues including postpartum, motherhood journeys, fertility struggles, PMDD and relationships. I also enjoy working with as a gender affirming provider and trauma informed practice. I offer medication or medication and therapy to treat the whole person as each journey is different. As an integrative mental health provider, it's important to me to curate a wellness plan that fits your needs. It's my goal to listen and empower you along the way.

Hello and welcome! I am Dr. Catline Jacques, a double-boarded psychiatrist, Tufts-trained in general psychiatry and Harvard-trained in consultation-liaison psychiatry, and I am the founder of Alverdia Health. Alverdia is a holistic virtual mental health practice that serves adults from 21 to 65 in MA. With over 8 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to helping adults with anxiety and depression flourish. At Alverdia Health, my team & I use an evidence-based, person-centered approach to provide compassionate and high-quality care. We provide medication management when needed, supportive therapy and psychiatric consultation.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. I am also a therapist in psychedelic research trials. I offer psychotherapy, which I combine with medication management or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy if and when needed. I have experience working with a diverse range of patients, including immigrants and their families.

Dr. Swaminathan Thangaraj is a double-board certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist in Boston. He is currently an assistant professor at Drexel College of Medicine. Dr. Thangaraj also worked at McLean Hospital/Harvard University and Sheppard Pratt establishing various inpatient units. He is one of the few doctors who treats patients of all ages from toddler, adolescence to adulthood.

Michelle is passionate about delivering care to individuals suffering from anxiety, substance use, and depression. Client motivation and dedication are key to utilizing the tools provided during our sessions including medication management, implementing lifestyle interventions, and therapy to help develop and implement a successful treatment plan. Relief of the client's suffering in dealing with their mental health issues and striving for an improvement in their quality of life is key to treatment.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

Margaret Oloyede is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner with 8 years of experience treating adults who are struggling to cope with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and eating disorders.

I base my treatment on the biopsychosocial model and evidence-based practices. I understand that medication is only a part of the picture within the biopsychosocial model of mental health. I am a strong supporter of collaborative care and will work with other providers to maintain clients optimal health. As a prescriber I take on the role of consult and encourage clients to feel confident in their psychiatric care. I do this by asking questions, answering questions, and encouraging clients take the lead in their care.

I provide support and care for depression, anxiety, grief and loss. I truly enjoy working with seniors and have a great deal of respect for those serving in the military , frontline health-care providers and single parents.

Grace Ngumi is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Massachusetts. She has over 15 years of experience working as a nurse in various nursing specialties and in particular mental health and dual diagnosis settings. As an NP she has worked with patients seeking help with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and bipolar disorders. Grace completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curry College in Milton, MA, and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

I provide outpatient TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Services- covered by most insurances) psychiatric services for ages 15 (per insurance coverage) and above for depression, Anxiety, OCD and ADHD. My patients benefit most from the opportunity to express themselves freely to me in a strictly confidential setting where we build a strong and trusting relationship.
