I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a specialization in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. We provide Child, Adult Psychiatry, Therapy and Substance abuse services including Suboxone Treatment in our Virginia location in Lansdowne/Ashburn in addition to video appointment across Virginia. Our Board Certified Psychiatrists are available to help everyday and we can offer same day appointments. Telepsychiatry uses video link (via computer or smartphone) to offer appointments from home or outside clinic. My approach is to focus on the whole patient and follow evidence-based treatment guidelines and bring about a positive change. I treat patients with ADHD, depression, OCD, Trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, sleep problems, Traumatic brain injuries (TBI), dementias and women's mental health. I also discuss treatment options like Ketamine and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), TMS for severe depression.

Brence Brooks is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2020. He received his bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Louisville and his master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University. Specialty areas include medication management for major depressive disorder, bipolar I and II disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, childhood behavioral disorders, psychotic disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Anna believes in a holistic and client-oriented approach to medication management. She believes it is important to consider a client's personal beliefs, spiritual values and cultural diversity when providing care. Her goal is to break stigma regarding mental health and teach her clients the important of taking care of their own mind and body.
