I am board certified in Child, Adolescent & Adult Psychiatry. I see children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults in my office in Dunwoody and am accepting new patients. I specialize in the use of medications and other holistic approaches to treat mental health conditions. I am also the Medical Director of Southern Live Oak Wellness. Treating clients with respect, integrity and compassion are my priorities. When managing medications, I incorporate the most current and best evidence based practices.

As one of the Prescribers of Medication of Apex Family Healthcare Services, our focus is on meeting the Comprehensive Psychological Need of the Patient. Brandi is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner who is board certified in psychiatry by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and certified in family medicine by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has practiced medicine in psychiatry for almost 7 years now. She obtained her Master of Science and Nursing degree from Chamberlain University in 2017 and her Post Masters Degree in Psychiatry in 2019 from Regis University. Brandi has specialized in treating all mental health disorders across the lifespan, such as ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and schizophrenia.

Enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults. Highly skilled at working closely with parents to ensure that through proper diagnosis, treatment, and medication management that children and adolescents can live healthier and happier lives. I also enjoy working with adults to assist them with finding the proper medication treatment to assist them in managing better in their day to day with minimal disruptions due to mental illness. MISSION STATEMENT : To provide professional and compassionate evaluation and continuing care to adults, children and families with psychiatric issues in a confidential and caring environment. To achieve this we incorporate both physician and nurse practitioners in our practice who are Board Certified Psychiatrically specialized providers who essentially can provide medications and psychotherapy.

Diana Manjarres is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner authenticated by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She worked as a critical care nurse for many years. She noticed how patients with histories of mental illness (from anxiety, depression, to schizophrenia) were easily dismissed in hospital settings. She found herself being an advocate for this patient population. She hopes to help her patients take a pause and just breathe again. She says "Sometimes, we go through life surviving and I hope that, through my services, I can help people start living - truly living for themselves."

As well, oral examination with actual patients under the scrutiny of experts in the field. I have 23 years of experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults; inpatient and outpatient. I am trained and familiar with various modalities of psychotherapy; however, I am not currently a primary therapist as I coordinate care. I provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for treatment-resistant depression which can be life-changing for resistant depression.
