Well-versed in offering evidence -based, therapeutic care for patients dealing with variety of mental health diagnosis. I will listen to my client’s issues or complaints. I will suggest different treatment options. We will work together to come up with the best treatment plan to ensure positive and successful outcomes. We will set goals that are attainable. My duty as a mental health NP is to provide appropriate care for my patients so that they can have productive lives.

I specialize in General and Forensic Psychiatry, I am part of an exceptional team, which operates three state-of-the-art offices offering an individualized treatment approach using psychotherapy, psychopharmacology and repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) treatment. All general psychiatric conditions can be treated to include; depression, bipolar, anxiety, obsessive compulsive and personality disorders. Substance abuse issues are also treated in an office-based setting with a significant success rate at maintaining sobriety through our treatment approach.

As a nurse, with almost 15 years of experience in caring for patients, I found my passion in helping those struggle with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADD, and self-esteem issues. I have a particular interest in the pediatric/adolescent population as they are facing stressors that this population has never had to face before and have been experiencing mental health concerns at an alarming rate, however I work with clients up to the age of 60. I provide comprehensive care through medication management and talk therapy and I believe in a conservative approach when possible.
