The testing can also be done at the office and via telehealth. We also offer adult autism assessment and DBT-informed therapy. At Ample Grace Psychiatry, we offer a custom approach for each client! Courtney Tibbetts, PMHNP- BC, helps patients explore their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts, with the goal of identifying and addressing the underlying causes of mental health problems. She treatments patient with a wide range of disorders including depression, ADHD, anxiety, personality disorder, and PTSD.

As a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist, I treat patients of all ages, with a particular emphasis on individuals ages 5-60. I have extensive experience in treating patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. Thessa Moncrieffe is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Florida who has been practicing since 2022. She has a Master's of Science in Nursing. Thessa's passion is caring for others and is driven by the desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those she comes in contact with. As your provider, Thessa believes in taking a personalized, partnered, and holistic approach. Her goal is to provide a safe place free of criticism or shame, but full of compassion and understanding for the single purpose of healing, positive progress toward regaining self-sufficiency, and a sense of normalcy in your life once again.

I see children, teens and adults with all types of mental health conditions. I can see patients virtually (in Colorado or Florida) or in my office in Sarasota Florida. I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

My approach is based on integrative psychiatry, which uses medications, therapy and complementary medicine to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. I address the combined impact of sleep, lifestyle, relationships, nutrition and chronic medical conditions on well-being, and use cutting edge tools like genetic testing to guide personalized treatment with medication and supplements. I consider the patient’s cultural background in my assessments and I can provide treatment in Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian. My goal is to help my patients create lasting changes and build vitality, resilience and purpose in life.

Dr. Irene Mazur graduated with honors from the Ternopol Medical School in Ternopol, Ukraine, in 1992. After her move to the US, she completed a Psychiatry Residency program and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship in in UMDNJ, Piscataway, NJ. Her area of expertise include: autism, aggression, developmental delay, ADHD, depression, and PTSD. In 2023, Dr. Mazur had received well-deserved recognition and was acknowledged as a Top Pinnacle Professional for her contributions to the field of Psychiatry.
