My goal is to help each patient achieve their personal health care goal through evidence based guidance while providing accessible, and quality mental health care to promote the well being of individuals and families. Treating patients with compassion and mutual respect not only provides the foundation for collaboration, but builds trust. She has practiced in various settings over her career: outpatient private practice, community mental health, Nurse Practitioners and medical student supervision, partial hospitalization and dual diagnosis rehabilitation programs. She is licensed in the states of NY, Fl and GA. She has over 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, phobias, bipolar mood disorder and many other psychiatric conditions.

I hold a Master's Degree in Nursing from St. Thomas University Miami Gardens Florida, and a Bachelor of Science from Pasco Hernando State College. In my nursing career, I have seen firsthand the harmful impact of social stigma associated with mental illness. This is one of the reasons, I have pursued this journey in hopes that I can be a part of reducing the social stigma that is all too often associated with mental health.
