Juliano Innocenti is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California who has been practicing since 2022. Heidi Clark is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with a clinical specialty in adult psychiatry. She approaches treatment collaboratively with her patients and colleagues aiming for progressive improvement and health maintenance. Heidi makes it a priority to take the time to learn about each person's goals and treats people with kindness and respect through challenging life transitions. Skilled in the management of major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, adult ADD and addiction, Heidi offers thoughtful medication management services and brief, solution-focused therapy.

Tiffani Marie Ordonez is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California who has been practicing since 2016. Before working in healthcare, she received an art practice and art history degree from the University of California, Berkeley and completed a year of academic training in marriage and family therapy with a concentration in art therapy at Notre Dame de Namur. She received an accelerated BSN degree at Samuel Merritt University and worked for two years as an ICU registered nurse before completing her MSN degree in from the University of California, San Francisco.

I have experience working with a vast array of mental health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, ADHD, OCD, and addiction. I am particularly interested in women's mental health as well as reproductive psychiatry. I utilize both psychopharmacologic forms of treatment as well as psychodynamic, DBT informed, CBT styles of therapy. I am originally from the Bay Area. I studied Genetics at UC Davis. I then went on to obtain my Masters Degree in Biophysics and Physiology at Georgetown University. I then returned to California where I obtained my medical degree from Touro University- CA.

Adekemi Adedipe is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a graduate degree from Walden University. Her background includes adult and geriatric psychiatry. Her clinical career took on a journey through the healthcare system, from inpatient level of care, outpatient to correctional settings. Her expertise is in medication management and treatment of adults and young adults with depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and psychotic disorders.

Dr. Raphael is a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist who has been practicing since 2009. She graduated from UC San Diego with a major in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience and a minor in Sociology. She then continued on at UC San Diego for Medical School. She completed her General Adult Psychiatry Residency, and then also her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship, at UC San Francisco.

While I am comfortable with managing medications when clinically necessary, my primary treatment modality is psychodynamic therapy. My approach is straightforward and warm, and I am flexible about the structure of sessions. Some patients appreciate coaching and education, while others find meaning in more open-minded and abstract discussions. I am especially interested in working with patients with depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, binge eating disorder, and/or alcohol abuse, and I am skilled in helping women cope with emotional changes associated with pregnancy, the postpartum period, and menopause.

Dr. Carney is double board-certified Child and Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. Dr. Carney graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology. There, she received the titles of Nevada Regents Award Undergraduate of the Year and Biology Department Lab Instructor of the Year. Dr. Carney earned her medical doctorate from the University of Nevada School of Medicine during which she served as President for organizations such as the American Medical Student Association, Medical Students for Choice, and the American Medical Woman's Association.

A primary goal of my practice is to aid in the alleviation of suffering. As your psychiatrist, I will meet with you first to perform a thorough evaluation. By listening to your concerns and getting to know you, I will be able to formulate an assessment and develop a treatment plan. We will then collaborate on which treatment options work best for you. My approach usually involves a combination of talk therapy with medications to target symptoms. I believe in prescribing medications conservatively when possible "” using the least number and the lowest effective doses.

I incorporate medicine, psychology, exercise, nutrition, and sleep into my treatment plans. I believe that the patient and physician should partner together in treating health problems. My goal is to work in collaboration with patients to understand the underlying causes of distress. I take a practical approach to psychiatric treatment. I utilize evidence-based pharmacology in concert with skills-based therapies such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. I earned my Bachelor's degree in medical dietetics at the Ohio State University. It was there that I first saw the profound link between mental and physical health.

I was born in Colombia and the passion for psychiatry has driven my life. I went to medical school in Bogota- Colombia, following my interest in Transcultural Psychiatry worked for the University of Guadalajara in Mexico and assisted to McGill University in Montreal. I completed residency in general psychiatry in the University of Virginia, while collaborating with the International Rescue Committee as mental health provider. I have centered my practice in the development of interventions congruent with people's environment and advocating for parity in the delivery and access to services.
