I am experienced in treating patients of all ages, 4 and up, but am especially passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults to thrive. I'm also dedicated to treating members of the LGBTQ+ community and understand the unique social and mental health challenges that come with the territory of being a member of this community. Whether severe trauma, identity concerns, or everyday stressors are keeping you from your potential, I want to work with you through it.

As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, I enjoy helping older children, adolescents, and adults achieve their goals and improve their lives. My emphasis is medication management, but I often also recommend counseling. I welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community. While I do see older adults, I do not specialize in dementia or geriatric psychiatry.

My practice was born out of a desire to escape the transactional nature of modern corporate medicine and provide authentic, person-centered care that is not driven by metrics and checkboxes. I wanted the freedom to build a practice with the provider-patient relationship placed at its center. I truly take the time to get to know my patients and listen to their thoughts, feelings, and concerns without judgment. My practice provides a safe space where all persons, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, are welcomed with open arms and treated with dignity.

My goal is to help patients along their mental health journey. I will work tirelessly to meet you where you are, as well as collaborate with you to develop a cohesive and pharmacologically advised plan to get where you need and, more importantly, want to go. This journey consists of establishing a safe, judgement-free space that encourages honesty to most efficiently and effectively help those in my care. Honesty, communication, and open dialogue are key components to creating a complete and considerate treatment and wellness plan.

I have experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, insomnia, and substance abuse disorders. Being certified in mental health treatment throughout the lifespan, I am able to see children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. I offer medication management, Spravato (esketamine) treatments, and IM and IV Ketamine infusions for treatment resistant issues.

During my 30 years of practicing psychiatry, I've come to firmly believe that our connection as caregiver and patient is the single biggest reason clients either get healthier or continue to struggle. I am a general psychiatrist in a small private practice providing medication management services. I manage most psychiatric conditions including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and addiction. My practice is largely telehealth. I accept new patients and most insurance plans.

Jennifer Penne is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training and experience treating patients across the lifespan. She has worked in various settings including community mental health, outpatient, inpatient, residential, and emergency crisis settings. Jennifer’s experience includes working with children and adolescents in therapeutic foster care, therapeutic day treatment, and school-based programs as well as adults. Jennifer believes in treating the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Dr. Yarberry is a Little Rock native. She attended Mt. St. Mary Academy, then Lyon College, and received her medical degree at Ohio University. Dr. Yarberry completed both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her last two years she served as Chief Resident and Co-Chief Resident. She is double board certified in Child and Adolescent and General Psychiatry. When she's not in the office she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, dancing and spending time with her husband, 8 year old daughter, 2 cats and adorable Chihuahua.

Hello! I am a nurse practitioner board-certified in psychiatric mental health and pediatrics. I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapy of individuals of all ages with autism, ADHD, adjustment disorders, anxiety and mood disorders. I am also passionate about helping with sleep problems, parent-child interactions, and substance use. I have a way of helping patients feel comfortable and at ease. My patients are encouraged to be themselves and openly discuss any and all things. I enjoy working with individuals from various backgrounds and openly welcome LBGTQ+ individuals.

Now accepting new patients at Capstone Psychiatry. Dr. Esmaeilpour is a Child and Adult Psychiatrist. She treats mood, anxiety, and thought disorders as well as PTSD and neurodevelopmental disorders. She believes that a good patient physician relationship is the foundation for good care.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This board certification enables me to treat mental health across the lifespan, which allows me to care for and prescribe medicine for children, teens, and adults. My background includes working in an intensive care unit, outpatient care, and crisis stabilization, as well as interning in many outpatient psychiatric settings. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, substance abuse, mood disorders, sleep disorders, crises, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and more.

I feel like I have strengths in medication education, high anxiety situations, and particularly the aging older adult population. Before I started as a PMHNP, I worked 10 years in acute care nursing. During this time Covid-19 hit and medical teams were experiencing high rates of depression, anxiety, and suicide.
