I believe in a holistic and personalized approach to mental health treatment. I provide a broad array of quality psychiatric services, including medication management, substance use services, therapy for individuals, groups, and couples. I am now accepting new clients. Day, evening, and some limited weekend appointments are available.

Having to seek psychiatric care for yourself or a loved one, especially a child, is often an unfamiliar and difficult experience. I am here to listen and to help empower individuals/families by utilizing a holistic and evidence-based approach to psychotherapy and medication management. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in children, adolescents, and young adults (<25 yo), as well as, working with diverse family systems. With over 27+ years of nursing experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, I have expertise treating behaviorally challenged individuals of all ages.

I have a passion for helping people specifically as related to mental health. I have worked for many years with people of all ages and diagnosis. I started my career working with children but have since expanded to adults and seniors. I treat a variety of psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, psychosis and much more.
