Women's Empowerment Support Group

Beginning: Friday May 10, 2024. (8 weeks)- Women's Empowerment Support Group- If you struggle with: Finding friends/ making meaningful connections outside of your relationship; feeling a part of a community; recently went through a heartbreak and struggling to recover, please join me for this empowerment group! Topics that will be covered: codependence, relationship issues, attachment styles, communication, self-esteem, and empowerment. The ultimate goal of this group is to learn new skills and grow towards a stronger version of you. We will ensure to cover topics that you want to learn about as well as the ones mentioned above.
