Women in Power

This group is open to women who are looking to find more confidence in who they are and what they have to offer the world. We will discuss and explore topics including: Increasing self esteem, understanding personal meaning and purpose, identifying blocks and injuries that have held you back from being the person you want to be, learning how to cultivate community that upholds and supports you in becoming the best version of yourself. Women in Power will run for 8 weeks.
