Teen Girls Anxiety Group Therapy
This group is for teen girls (ages 13-16) who experience anxiety. Common themes include school anxiety, social pressure, and perfectionism. In this group, members can expect to receive support, realize they are not alone in their experiences, and gain some coping tools in learning to manage anxiety. The intention of this group is to help group members build confidence and self-love. It is our belief that as self-love grows, confidence in managing anxiety and stress will also increase.
